I'm Teresa Saunders, a Registered Professional Clinical Hypnotherapist and proud member of NZAPH, dedicated to guiding individuals toward their fullest potential through a range of transformative modalities.

With over 8 years of experience working with individuals facing mental health challenges and intellectual disabilities, I bring a compassionate and understanding perspective to my work. Originally from England, I've called New Zealand home since 1998, and it's here that my passion for holistic healing has flourished.

My journey into healing began with an innate curiosity about the ways our thoughts, emotions, and past traumas impact our wellbeing. Over the past two decades, I've expanded my knowledge and expertise, incorporating various techniques such as, Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and Life Coaching into my practice.

As the Principal Advisor of The New Zealand Academy of Professional Hypnotherapists, I am deeply committed to upholding the highest standards of excellence in the field of hypnotherapy. With a dedication to ongoing learning and professional development, I ensure that my clients receive the most effective and ethical care possible.
