The following rules or "Terms" govern use of this site. By using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Me to Teresa Saunders follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing this site.  Teresa Saunders reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the site. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, please do not use the site.

 

Session charges

By making an appointment you fully understand your rights and that you will be charged the full price any hypnotherapy sessions. The full price of that session is to be settled at the end of each session. If you do not turn up and you have not informed Teresa Saunders by leaving a message via either a text, email or answerphone service, you will be billed the full price of that session. You will be charged a cancellation fee of $50 NZ dollars if you give less than 24 hours’ notice of your cancellation. There is no cancellation fee if more than 24 hours’ notice is given.

 

Charges for retreats and classes

When booking for a class or a retreat there is a $100NZD (incl. GST) non-refundable booking fee. In some cases if there is illness or another situation that cannot be avoided, your booking fee may be able to be transferred to another retreat or class. This is on a case by case basis.

Downloadable products

There is no shipping charge for downloadable products, and all downloadable products are available for you to download immediately after completing your order.

Permitted use

You are only authorised to view and to retain a copy of pages of this site for your own personal use while visiting the site.
