Reiki training is a personal and experiential journey. Through each level, you will learn about the history and principles of Reiki, develop your own practice and explore traditional Reiki techniques in a supportive, hands-on environment.
Whether you begin with Reiki for your own personal practice or already know that you would like to work with others, studying Reiki with a qualified Reiki Master/Teacher can provide an opportunity for learning, reflection and personal development.
Reiki is a complementary spiritual and personal practice. During your training, you will be introduced to traditional Reiki principles, techniques, meditation and hands-on practice. You will have the opportunity to develop your own understanding and experience of Reiki at a pace that feels right for you.
There is no requirement to have previous experience with energy work. Anyone can learn the practices taught within Reiki training, whether you already feel highly connected to energy or are simply curious to explore something new.

Reiki First Degree — Reiki I
1 Day | 9.00am–5.30pm Saturday 7th November 2026
Reiki I is the beginner level and is suitable for anyone wanting to learn the foundations of Reiki.
This course introduces you to the history and principles of Reiki and provides practical instruction in traditional Reiki techniques. You will have the opportunity to practise Reiki on yourself and with others in a supportive learning environment.
The course combines theoretical teaching, discussion, meditation and hands-on practice.
During Reiki I you will

Learn about the history and story of Reiki.

Receive three Reiki attunements as taught within this Reiki tradition.

Explore ways of experiencing and sensing energy.

Learn the five principles of Reiki.

Learn traditional Reiki hand positions.

Learn how to conduct a Reiki session using a treatment table.

Learn how to offer a Reiki session while the recipient is seated.

Develop your confidence with your own Reiki practice.

Have opportunities for hands-on practice during the day.
You will receive a Reiki I handbook at the beginning of the course and a certificate upon successful completion.
No previous experience or prerequisites are required for Reiki I.

Reiki Second Degree — Reiki II
1 Day | 9.30am–5.30pm
Reiki II provides an opportunity to continue developing your Reiki practice following completion of Reiki I.
At this level, you will be introduced to Reiki symbols and traditional practices associated with Reiki II. You will explore ways of deepening your personal practice and working with Reiki in different contexts.
The course combines theory, discussion, meditation and hands-on practice.

Reiki Third Degree (A) — Reiki Master/Practitioner Training
1 Day | 9.00am–5.30pm
Reiki Third Degree (A) is an advanced practitioner level and is an optional step for students who wish to continue developing their Reiki practice before progressing to Reiki Master/Teacher training.
This course provides an opportunity to explore advanced Reiki practices and deepen your understanding of the traditions and responsibilities associated with Reiki Master/Practitioner training.
The course includes theoretical teaching, meditation and practical exercises.

Reiki Third Degree — Reiki Master/Teacher
Advanced Reiki Master/Teacher Training
Reiki Master/Teacher training is for students who wish to take their Reiki journey further and learn the traditional practices involved in teaching Reiki and providing attunements to students.
You may progress from Reiki II directly into Reiki Master/Teacher training, or you may choose to complete Reiki Third Degree (A) Master/Practitioner training first. Completion of Reiki Third Degree (A) is not a prerequisite for Master/Teacher training.
Master/Teacher training is tailored to the individual student. We begin with a one-on-one meeting to discuss your previous Reiki training and identify the areas that need to be covered as part of your Master/Teacher training.
I prefer my Master/Teacher students to revisit the Reiki I and Reiki II material from a teaching perspective. Where appropriate, you may attend Reiki training days and participate in the attunement process for each level as part of your preparation.
You will receive copies of the training manuals and course information used in my Reiki training. These materials can provide a foundation for developing your own teaching approach once you have completed your Master/Teacher training.
As part of your training, you will need to demonstrate your understanding of the Reiki teachings and your ability to teach the Reiki levels covered by this training, as well as demonstrate the relevant attunement processes.
Becoming a Reiki Master/Teacher is a significant commitment, and I encourage students to take the time to consider whether they feel ready for this next stage.
I will continue to be available as a support person after your training if you have questions or would like guidance as you begin teaching your own students.
