Life can sometimes feel heavy, stress, anxiety, or old patterns can leave us feeling stuck and disconnected from ourselves. My role is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you or your child can gently explore new ways forward.

With over 20 years of experience in holistic health, I bring a grounded, integrative approach that combines clinical hypnotherapy, coaching, Bowen therapy, Reiki, and kinesiology. I’ve supported adults, children, and families through many different life stages, helping them develop resilience, emotional balance, and confidence.

I’m a Clinical Hypnotherapist (NZAPH Registered), trained in Reiki and Bowen Therapy, and a qualified Soul Power Kinesiologist. This allows me to tailor sessions to your unique needs, drawing on both evidence-based and holistic approaches.
