Are you feeling held back by low confidence? Many people experience this, and the encouraging news is that confidence isn’t fixed it's something that can grow with the right support.

I’m Teresa Saunders, a clinical hypnotherapist, and I support people who want to strengthen their confidence and feel more grounded in themselves. Whether it’s at work, socially, or simply in everyday life, you deserve to feel capable and self-assured.

What is Confidence?

Confidence is the belief in your ability to handle situations, pursue goals, and navigate life’s challenges. It influences how you connect with others and how willing you are to step into new opportunities.

When confidence feels low, you might
